This is my third or fourth real estate engagement with Nicole. This one has been over a year in the planning. As I look forward to retiring and relocating back to New England, I worked with Nicole to outline exactly what I was looking for in this next property (where, what, preferences etc.). Over the course of the first 6 months of the process I would send suggestions and ask for her guidance. Her patience with me has been unmatched during this process. Straight forward, realistic and focused on the plan are her strengths. She called me in May/June of this year and said I found it; I found the property that I think is perfect for you. She was so right! Went to visit and signed agreement same day. Throughout the real estate journey as we got closer to close Nicole connected me with great partners to support the process, always had my best interest at heart and has been a tremendous advocate.
